subCookie Policy
The short version
The sublingo.app website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The extension sets no cookies at all. The only cookies you may encounter come from third parties during specific actions you take — signing in with Google, or paying through PayPro Global's checkout.
What we use
On sublingo.app: the site is static and does not set tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which serves files without setting cookies.
In the extension: the extension does not use cookies. It stores your settings, translation caches, saved API keys, and trial state in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage) on your device — functional storage, not tracking. Removing the extension removes it.
Third-party cookies
- Google sign-in. When you sign in with Google, Google and our authentication provider (Supabase) may set cookies as part of the login flow, under Google's privacy policy.
- PayPro Global checkout. The payment page is operated by PayPro Global and may set cookies needed to process your order, under their policy.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because we don't rely on cookies, blocking them doesn't affect sublingo — though the Google and PayPro flows above need their own cookies to work while you use them.
